Hey there, I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Ashlee. I was born and raised in California and in 2020, my family and I moved to Idaho. Let me tell you, we absolutely LOVE it here!
Life hasn't always been smooth sailing—I've faced my fair share of challenges, like three autoimmune diagnoses and navigating a vaccine injury with one of my own children. But you know what? These experiences ignited my journey to holistic healing. I've always had a heart for serving and helping others and I've come to deeply understand the body's incredible ability to heal itself. This all led me to embrace a holistic approach to wellness.
I'm thrilled to have you here and I'm truly honored to be a part of your wellness journey!
Currently, I'm diving deep into the world of natural medicine, as I pursue a PhD and doctorate. On the personal side of things, I've been happily married to my high school sweetheart, James, for over a decade. We have three amazing kiddos: Jaylen, Jaxton, and Jaycee. We're a basketball-loving family (fun fact— my husband coaches the TVCC Men’s basketball team!) We're also big on travel, and we’ve set a goal to explore all 50 states together as a family!
